Objetivos del cursoThe participants in the course will be shown how to:
a) Clearly define what their business idea is and identify what are the basic requirements to implement it.
b) Write a business plan that includes all of the necessary elements for the plan to be taken into account by investors and decision makers.
c) Present the business plan in a way that will increase the likelihood of it being successful.

Assessment:
Revision exercises: The revision exercises are designed to allow students to self-assess their own learning progress at the beginning of each unit.
Control Tests: A control test is designed to grade students in the middle of their learning process and can act as a guide for the final exam.
Practice tests
Non-distant final exam. The final paper lasts for one hour at the end of the term. Students are allowed to use study materials during this exam. There are two possible exams per course. A grade of Pass is required to obtain the corresponding credits of each course.

More than 20 years in ICT in areas ranging from accounting to management (both in the public and private sectors), workflow, collaborative working environments, mobility, technologies of media and business models for IT. Experience in big companies such as Indra or Atos Origin. Currently head of the department of Media Research in Atos Research & Innovation carrying out research on business technology (P2P, streaming video, multimedia search, interactive TV, metadata, exploitation of R&D results, business models, market research, etc). Co-author of numerous scientific publications.
