The course provides business leaders with the confidence to act decisively on decisions that will shape the future demand for their products.
Participants will learn how to lead organizations in the pursuit of profitable market opportunities based on proven marketing tools and methodologies.
The program provides a globally tested planning process that will ensure winning marketing plans, a committed cross-functional team and customer alignment throughout the organization.
This course has been designed for high potential professionals on a career track to become General Managers or business leaders. It is ideal for experienced leaders that do not have a background in marketing, but need to understand fundamental marketing tools and methodologies with proven effectiveness. It is also well-suited as a first step for less experienced professionals that wish to begin a career in marketing.

PROFESOR
Industrial Engineer, International MBA and holding a diploma in Foreign Trade and International Marketing. PhD student of Philosophy.15 years of professional experience in Foreign Trade and International Negotiation (ThyssenKrupp, Iberia L. A. E. and Flightcare(FCC Group).) He has been involved in the opening and development of international markets for products and services of high technical content and complexity such as Control Electronics or Aeronautical Services as Aircraft Maintenance or Airport Handling services. Currently he is the managing Director for Swissport Cargo Services in Spain.
Course Methodology:
La metodología Didáctica de CEPADE, es Propia y Única. PPG: Práctica, Participativa, y Global.
Práctica: Se basa en el método del caso.
Participativa: El conocimiento de cada uno de los alumnos se contrasta con los de resto de participantes haciendo el aprendizaje colaborativo a través del Campus Virtual.
Global: Ese aprendizaje Participativo, no sólo se comparte y adquiere con alumnos de España sino también con alumnos de hasta 40 países (aproximadamente el 40% de los alumnos son internacionales).
En el Campus virtual de CEPADE un Profesor-Tutor, mantiene la documentación actualizada, resuelve las dudas, guía el aprendizaje y realiza la evaluación.
Both the whole course documentation and the monitoring of the tutorials along with the final exam will be conducted in English. The level required is Advanced.
Beside the theoretical contents, in the course different activities will be proposed in order to understand how those contents applies to real situations, such as cases at the opening and closing of each chapter, point-counterpoint exercises to discuss in the virtual forum, as well as self-assessment exercises, always in relation with the content of every unit.

ASSESSMENT:
Revision exercises: The revision exercises are designed to allow students to self-assess their own learning progress at the beginning of each unit.
Control Tests: A control test is designed to grade students in the middle of their learning process and can act as a guide for the final exam.
Practice tests
Non-distant final exam. The final paper lasts for one hour at the end of the term. Students are allowed to use study materials during this exam. There are two possible exams per course. A grade of Pass is required to obtain the corresponding credits of each course.
